Source of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by recording the information you yourself provide, as the data subject, when posting a comment or sending an email through the contact form. Additionally, the IP address used to access the site may also be recorded.
Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To publish your message in the comment section, allowing you to send messages to share facts and opinions and include any information you believe may be of public interest, in compliance with the dignity and honor of others and with applicable laws;
- To provide news and information about our activities and to respond to inquiries sent via the contact form.
To ensure service efficiency, please note that the data may also be used for technical tests and verification purposes.
Data Processing Methods
In relation to the purposes described, personal data is processed using manual, IT, and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.
Once the intended purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
Optional Provision of Data
Providing data is optional, but failure to do so will make it impossible to publish your message in the comment section, contact you, or conduct surveys aimed at assessing user satisfaction with the services offered, intended to improve service quality.
Access to Data
Your personal data may only be accessed by administrators and moderators, identified as “data processors.” For the purposes stated (Purpose of Data Processing), third-party service providers for the forum may also access personal data, provided they are designated as Data Processors and ensure the same level of protection.
Data Subject Rights
The legislation on personal data protection grants data subjects specific rights, as indicated in Art. 7 of the “Code,” which is reported here:
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
- the origin of the personal data;
- the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
- the identity of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representatives in the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
- the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of the data;
- the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be retained for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification that the operations mentioned above have been notified, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct sales, market research, or commercial communication.
